Delivery rates and policies

For addresses within the UK, our aim is to deliver your goods within 5 working days from the receipt of your order. If we cannot deliver your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by either telephone or email to arrange a delivery date. We may contact you to confirm delivery of high value or fragile items.

What are your delivery charges?

Our charges are as follows:

Items sent in a jiffy bag - £1.00
Items sent a box - £3.85

These charges will be displayed clearly and added to the order at the check out stage.

How will my order be delivered?

Appliances will be despatched by either post or by courier.

When will my order be delivered? (UK)

Outside UK deliveries

For deliveries outside Mainland Great Britain you first need to e-mail your requirements to calortoolbox@calor.co.uk and we will calculate the cost of carriage.

Cylinder Gas:
Cylinder Gas deliveries are restricted to Mainland Great Britain. Cylinders will be delivered within 2 working days of the Order save where deliveries are made to the Scottish Highlands and/or islands (including without limitation the Channel Islands) where deliveries can take up to 7 days. Time shall not be of the essence. The Buyer shall confirm receipt of the Cylinder Gas by signing Calor's delivery note when taking delivery.

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to ensure that suitable access is available for the purpose of delivery of the Goods then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Calor, Calor may cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer and may:-

Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for reasonable costs of storage; or Sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to arrange inspection of the Goods immediately on delivery.
